On the occasion of marking two decades since the historical moment of the restoration of Montenegrin independence, a solution was created that combines tradition, statehood and modern graphic expression. The logo is conceived as an unbreakable unity of symbol (sign) and typographic printing, carrying a strong message of duration and identity.
Symbolism of the sign:
The central element of the logo is the emblem created by stylizing the two letters X. In the Roman numeral system, the two letters X represent the number 20, which directly communicates the jubilee that is the reason for the creation of this identity. However, the real strength of the solution lies in the form that these two letters build. With precise crossing and shaping of lines, stylized letters X form the silhouette of a double-headed eagle, the most recognizable symbol from the state coat of arms of Montenegro. In this way, a visual metaphor is achieved: the passage of time itself (20 years) directly builds and consolidates the state (the eagle).
The dynamics of the line:
The stylization of the eagle through the geometric form of the letter X symbolizes modern, European Montenegro, while at the same time retaining the dignity and dignity of the The Authority of a Historical Symbol.
Symmetry:
The stable, symmetrical composition of the emblem reflects the institutional solidity and continuity of statehood.
The graphic design is made in such a way that it is unnecessary to use it with the official coat of arms of Montenegro, unless insisted upon.
